✅ Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • It was damaged or defective upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used toothbrushes

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

💸 Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will offer:

  • A full refund (via bank transfer or your original payment method), or

  • A free replacement sent to your address

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
